Jenn & Steven’s Big Bear Engagement Session

Jenn & Steven’s engagement session was perfection! We had a blast exploring Big Bear. The sunshine peeking through the pine trees made for the perfect backdrop. Jenn and Steven are the type of people who are down to explore.   We parked off the side of the road and headed into the trees off trail. I’m so happy we did! We stumbled across perfect sunshine. I sharply remember all the information my senses recorded that day.  The smell of pines and fresh crisp air, the sound of campers laughing faintly off in the distance, and the beautiful image of Jenn & Steven’s  love right before my eyes.  One thing I noticed was how they looked at one another.  It’s the kind of eye lock that seems to see more than reality.  This eye lock sees their wedding day, sees children and sees what love looks like at 80 years old.  I was very much so inspired by their love. I hope you can see it in the photographs.

How long have you been together?

4.5 Years

Tell us about your proposal 🙂

Jenn was trying to throw a surprise 30th for Steven but he knew the whole time and was setting that party up to be a surprise engagement. the surprise reversal of a life time!

What do you love about one another?

She Loves: His comforting snuggles, work ethic of going beyond his goals and never settling. He is a family guy! Top it off with an amazing cook.

He loves: Her constant drive to better herself and others around her. Her ability to get him out of his comfort zone. She brings out his inner explorer he never knew he had. She makes him physically and emotionally stronger

HAPPY NEW YEAR – LETS TRY THIS AGAIN

Long story short, 2019 was a wild ride! Over 100,000 images were captured, Wishbone Podcast was born, I ventured through the paradox of motherhood,  I produced a music video, decided to lose 30 pounds of baby weight, went on a dream vacation to Europe, and thats only the tip of the iceberg.  Last years theme was to slow down and have some fun. The year prior I captured over 150,000 images.  Reducing my load was the best decision I ever made.  This years New Years resolution is to tie up loose ends and to be intentional with my time.  The last I posted to this blog, was over a year ago.   I’m going to give it another stab.  I have so many images share! 2020 Let’s do this thing!
